ilFornino® Professional Stainless Steel Wood Burning Pizza Oven
The Pizza Oven Professional Series is an upgrade from the Basic Series pizza oven. Traditional Napolitano Oven with a Modern Look. The dome is a double wall heavy gauge stainless steel filled with a 4” thick layer of Ceramic Fiber insulation Blanket. This will help in heating up the oven quickly and retaining the heat for long hours. 900°F Thermometer door mounted. Ash drawer to make cleanup easy is accessed from the back of the oven.
The ilFornino® Professional Series has the One Flat Cooking Surface™ - flooring is made from 1.5” thick refractory stone, same flooring used in commercial ovens. Woodburning ovens heat up in as little as 30 minutes and retain the heat for an extended time. This makes it economical using less wood to burn plus it helps in baking breads, Bagels, and anything that requires floor heat. On average you can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes.
ilFornino® Professional Woodburning Oven arrives seasoned and ready to use. It can be placed on the included pre-assembled stainless steel cart / stand with casters for easy maneuverability and convenience. You may choose to put it on an island if desired. Cooking area is large enough to fit 4-5 12” pies. Thermal mass is about 4-6 Hours. It includes 4 carrying handles, and the user Manual. ilFornino® WoodBurning Oven is proudly assembled from local materials in Valley Cottage, New York.

I have owned this oven for several years bow and it still looks great even though it sit outside in ohio winters. I had a lot of trouble burning pizzas early on and the guys at illfornino took my calls to help me and even texted me advice and recipes. Great people and great product.
So far great!! Cooked 5 days in a row including the day it was delivered. Heats up quickly with dry wood and holds temp around 4-500 with 1 log added every hour or so. Very pleased so far.
While I haven't had the opportunity to try out my new oven, I did want to point out the great service that the IlFornino staff provided during purchasing and shipping. They were very timely with Email and phone updates and explaining the shipping process. My oven arrived secure and on the expected delivery date. Well done!

We love this oven. The shipping was fast and they communicated constantly. We ordered the oven and cart. It was easy to put together. Our first fire had no issues as we watched the video they have. And the pizza was amazing. We researched pizza ovens for about 10 months and are extremely happy with our decision. Highly recommended.
Got the oven at 4pm by 6 we have made several pizzas and am so very satisfied with the grill and service. Oven is well built and worked perfectly. Service was superb. The shipping was incredible! I didn’t expect the oven to be so well packaged. I uncrated using a screw gun with Phillips bit. Installed the casters with the standstill in the box. Easy to assemble as the stand is designed to be unpacked first. I did call for clarification since the instructions were unclear about the handles. There are 4 large screws that are removable from the bottom sides of the oven and temporary handles (supplied) are screwed in to make the oven easy to lift onto the stand (with helpers...it’s heavy). Fired it up at a family gathering with over 20 and let everyone design their own pizza. Worked like a charm right out of the box. Everyone was wowed and ate more than they should have. Tonight I’m branching out with steak and potatoes. The oven comes with a large standard peel and is great for pulling pizza but I would recommend a wooden one to help the dough slide off and a smaller stainless peel to rotate the food and adjust the fire. A brush is included as well and helps keep the floor clean between pizzas. There is a grate on the floor at the back of the oven with a drawer to sweep and remove ashes. At 800+ degrees the ashes were few and fine. This is a solid piece of equipment. Bigger than I expected. As mentioned, I did call for support and got an immediate response. I think this oven was a GREAT investment!
