At ilFornino customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. Ovens are packed well to insure they arrive in good condition. However if your oven arrives damaged due to shipping we want to make it right. Please contact us immediately to report the damage and request a return authorization. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on any item(s) 7 business days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery.
Customers returning non-damaged items that is unused , a 20% restocking fee applies. Roundtrip freight charges will be paid by the customer. Please contact us for return authorization. Items returned without return authorization will not be accepted or eligible for refund.
Refunds for returned items are issued within 3 business days of the item's arrival at ilFornino New York Valley Cottage facility. Once the returned items pass inspection for damage and use, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive an email notifying that the refund has been issued.
