This will help in heating up the oven quickly and retaining the heat for long hours. 900°F Thermometer door mounted. Ash drawer to make cleanup easy is accessed from the back of the oven.

Woodburning ovens heat up in as little as 30 minutes and retain the heat for an extended time. This makes it economical using less wood to burn plus it helps in baking breads, Bagels, and anything that requires floor heat. On average you can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes.
ilFornino® Professional Wood burning Oven arrives seasoned and ready to use. It can be placed on the included pre-assembled stainless-steel cart / stand with casters for easy maneuverability and convenience. You may choose to put it on an island if desired. Cooking area is large enough to fit 4-5 12” pies. Thermal mass is about 4-6 Hours. It includes 4 carrying handles, and the user Manual. I really enjoy using this oven. With a little practice you can make awesome pizzas. I also use my cast iron fry pan to roast as well. It was easy to assemble and it seems well built. I have owned mine for almost more than a year.
We cooked our first pizzas in it last night! It did a much better job than I expected for my first attempt. Though I don't recommend touching the outside, when the chamber was 500+degrees, the outside was still cool enough to touch. That could and I'll change as the interior insulation eventually gets heat soaked. I'm very impressed with the fit and quality of the construction of this oven, and I'm fussy about things like that! We've had a half dozen pizza parties so far and they've been successful and are having our guests wanting to sign up for future ones!
From the time I received from the trucking company, they wheeled the carton to the backyard in the rain and placed it where I wanted it. Unpackaged the unit got two strong niebors two lift the oven on the cart, started a fire, Rolled out the dough sauce and cheese put in oven turned several times removed or first pizza an hour after we received the unit no problem.
