This will help in heating up the oven quickly and retaining the heat for long hours. 900°F Thermometer door mounted. Ash drawer to make cleanup easy is accessed from the back of the oven.
The ilFornino® Professional Series has the One Flat Cooking Surface™ - flooring is made from 1.5” thick refractory stone, same flooring used in commercial ovens. Woodburning ovens heat up in as little as 30 minutes and retain the heat for an extended time. This makes it economical using less wood to burn plus it helps in baking breads, Bagels, and anything that requires floor heat. On average you can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes.
ilFornino® Professional Wood burning Oven arrives seasoned and ready to use. It can be placed on the included pre-assembled stainless-steel cart / stand with casters for easy maneuverability and convenience. You may choose to put it on an island if desired. Cooking area is large enough to fit 4-5 12” pies. Thermal mass is about 4-6 Hours. It includes 4 carrying handles, and the user Manual. This Oven is proudly assembled from local materials in Valley Cottage, New York.

I am very impressed with this oven. The shipping, service and quality was outstanding. The oven really is professional. Perfect size, great heat retention and makes real wood-fired pies. Love it. I used it for the first time the day after I received it and made the best pizzas of my life. I cooked a total of 5 pizzas and we ate every single one. I can't wait to use it again. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to make pizza at home. Great for entertaining.
Amazing oven . We have cooked in it 2x so far. Once for pizzas and once for cooking pork. we started it in the oven but the oven did an amazing job smoking it and cooking it till the end!!! turned out great. Onto tonights pizza adventures New dough recipe so we will see! My only complaint is the cover is kinda a piece of crap! when spending that kind of money I would have expected a better more well made cover. Also its not so portable!!! you can wheel it around a bit but its not like a bbq you can take places and travel with!!! Summer it gonna be a blast with this thing!
Very good product and great features... Heated up in 20 minutes and ready to bake the great pizzas.... I also used it to bake Bread after I am done with Pizza's. After a few uses you will get the best results by knowing your pizza oven specifications.. Highly recommend the oven and it is a great price... Can't beat it....
