This will help in heating up the oven quickly and retaining the heat for long hours. 900°F Thermometer door mounted. Ash drawer to make cleanup easy is accessed from the back of the oven.

Got one of these for my GMG Jim Bowie and am amazed! Cooked a Neapolitan style mushroom pizza in about 5 minutes. Construction of this unit is very solid. Can't believe it's available for this price.
I must say this is awesome. I couldn't believe a pizza can be cooked in 90 seconds or so. I loved it , don't get me wrong I love making my ribs and roasts, but start with pizza... Enjoy...
