  • Unlike clay domes that are more likely to crack and release clay dust. This dome is build from a double walled stainless steel that is insulated with thick refractory blanket.

  • ilFornino Elites Plus Series now comes with the new One-Flat-Cooking-Surface™. The flooring is made from a large slab of proprietary refractory material that is guaranteed to hold and distribute heat throughout the oven even after the fire has been extinguished. The floor is about 2" thick.
  • ilFornino® Elite Plus Series comes with a Stainless Steel 430 Cabinet that is powder coated black. It has casters for easy maneuverability.
  • The oven stands at 40”, the ideal height without bending your back.
  • Heats up in as little as 25 minutes and retains the temperature for an extended time. This makes it economical using less wood to burn. On average you can cook a pizza in less than 80 seconds.

    very well built. holds heat well. short of designing and building one that coustom fits your needs. Time, materals and labor would exceed the investment in this oven.

    We've been using our elite series for about 6 months now. It's a great oven and I'm loving baking bread loaves a few hours after a meal or pizzas.
    In the morning after use, the oven is still at 300 to 350 degrees. The combination of the stainless steel shell encapsulating the insulation and the fire brick dome is unbeatable.
