Wood burning pizza ovens heat up in as little as 30 minutes and retain the heat for an extended time. This makes it economical using less wood to burn plus it helps in baking breads, Bagels, and anything that requires floor heat. On average you can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes.

The ilFornino® Elite Chef's Edition  flooring is made from 2” thick refractory  stone, same flooring used in commercial ovens. ilFornino® Elite Chef's Edition comes with a Stainless Steel 430 Cabinet that is powder coated black. It has casters for easy maneuverability. The oven stands at, the ideal height without bending your back. Heats up in as little as 25 minutes and retains the temperature for an extended time due to the amount of insulation. This makes it economical using less wood to burn. On average you can cook a pizza in less than 80 seconds. ilFornino® Elite Chef's Edition is proudly assembled from local materials in Valley Cottage, New York. It includes a Professional Peel, a Professional Brush/Scraper, and a Manual.

    The cabinet of the oven is very helpful. It can be used in various ways as to hod wood logs or you can store food their while partying.

    very well built. holds heat well. short of designing and building one that coustom fits your needs. Time, materals and labor would exceed the investment in this oven.

    We've been using our elite series for about 6 months now. It's a great oven and I'm loving baking bread loaves a few hours after a meal or pizzas.
    In the morning after use, the oven is still at 300 to 350 degrees. The combination of the stainless steel shell encapsulating the insulation and the fire brick dome is unbeatable.
