    My sister, niece and I attended the class and found it very informative. It helped me to figure out why my previous mozzarella making efforts were unsuccessful. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and Alessio was a great instructor. Thanks for holding this class. It was worth the 6-hour drive to get there!
