Our recipe for the Wood Fired Cedar Planked Salmon with Corn on the Cob:
- In a small bowl combine the honey, mustard, sage, rosemary and thyme. Mix well. Spread the herbal honey mixture over each salmon portion. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Alternate the lemon and orange slices on the salmon.
- Place the cedar planks on to a hot fire in your Outdoor cooking oven. Let the planks blacken.
- Remove the planks and place the thyme, sage and rosemary on the planks. Place the salmon on top of the herbs. Place the planked salmon into the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and serve.
