Welcome to ilFornino Pizza Academy. Today we are happy to give you an overview of the ilFornino Roma Grande multi-fuel pizza oven with the Adjustable Height Stand.

The new and improved Roma Grande has a new door with two handles, which makes moving the door easy.

Inside the oven you will find the floor to be made out from one piece, which makes cooking a breeze. You do not have the bends and wedges of having multiple stones. The one- flat- cooking surface from ilFornino heats up quickly and retains the heat for an extended time, making it a great oven to make bread and desserts.

The stand is adjustable in height which makes cooking very comfortable. Normally you will adjust it to above bar level so when you are cooking your pizza you can always see it without bending or hurting your back.

The front lip has been upgraded to a round lip which gives you even more room to leave your pizza or cast iron skillet to rest.

All in all the ilFornino Roma Grande is a great oven to cook with and is lots of fun.
