At ilFornino we listen to what our customers say and we do appreciate all and every feedback. One of our major improvements this year is the one-piece-cooking surface. Many customers brought to our attention that flooring of the Basic Model warps making the floor an uneven surface. We have addressed this concern by equipping the ilFornino Professional wood fired pizza oven and the Professional Plus wood fired pizza oven with a one-piece-cooking surface.
