Part I- My trip to Italy was amazing, I had a chance to meet different talented chefs and learn many tricks about pizza. Wood fired cooking has is a staple in Italy.
This pizza was not made by a wood fired oven and I think it will be amazing to try it in Wood Fired Pizza Oven. The Chef commenced by spreading the dough. Sprinkled some olive oil on it and then added canned broccoli rabe, cherry peppers, and cheese.
The only thing missing is the ilFornino Wood Fired Oven!
