Gypsy Pizza with Fresh Mozzarella, Olive oil & Oyster Mushrooms

The Gypsy Pizza by ilFornino. We start with our canvas the dough . We layer some fresh mozzarella, olive oil and our oyster mushrooms. Please note that oyster mushroom was prepares previously while heating up the oven. We used a cast iron skillet to heat cook the mushrooms.

The rest of the ingredients for the recipe will be added after the pizza has been cooked.

Dust your peel and slid your pizza on it. Now let’s cook. Take your oven to your  ilFornino wood fired oven and bake at 800F for about a minute and a half, tossing it very regulatory around the fire.

Tip: make sure you have a flame in your oven otherwise the crust and the top of the pie will not cook.

Finishing the Gypsy Pizza: We are going to add bechamel sauce as well as some truffle oil. And we finish it all with some fresh parsley.
