An excellent product
The peel is a high quality tool and works well with the wood-fired pizza oven. Although I mainly got it for turning pizzas (and it works very well for that), it is large enough to be used to remove them from the oven as well. It is sturdy, well-constructed and easy to use. It arrived promptly, and was well-packaged for shipment.
