I had let my brother in law borrow my oven brush and he forgot to soak it in water before using it... Unfortunately he burned and destroyed the wood section of the brush. Spoke with an Ilfornino representative and at the time this part was not available for individual purchase. She was able to get it added to their accessories options and I thank her for all of the work she did going out of her way to assist! Great company, and great service!!
