List of ingredients

  • Pizza dough 1 ball
  • Cream Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Smoked Salmon 8oz pack
  • Red Onion – 3-4 slices
  • Lemon- 2-3 wedges
  • Capers ¼ Cup
  • Dill to taste.

How To Make 

Step 1:

Stretch your dough and cook it in your ilFornino Pizza Oven. Make sure to use a fork to make some holes in the dough so that the dough will not rise. Bake at 800F for 1 minutes.

Step 2:

Let your pie cool down for 5-7 minutes so that the cream cheese will not melt.

Step 3:

Spread the cream cheese evenly, then layer the smoked Salmon on top of the cream cheese. Add some capers and some slices of red onions. Finally add some dill.
