The Large Matzah Oven is one of the top tier ovens made by ilFornino. It is made from heavy 14 gauge powder coated stainless steel with straight continuous welding that shows excellent workmanship. The Double Dome houses a Thick Ceramic Fiber Blanket Insulation for maximum heat retention and keeps the oven cool to the touch on the outside. 

There are 4 total gas burners 116,000 BTU that heat up this oven with individual control knobs.  Two burners are located above the stone, one on the left side and one on the right side.  These two burners generate heat inside the oven.  And two burners that are located under the stone to heat it up evenly.  You can adjust these burners to get the temperature dialed in for your needs.    

The ilFornino® One Flat Cooking Surface™ guarantees an even heat distribution and retention. On average, this oven takes 25-30 minutes to heat up, retains the heat at 750+ °F, stays hot up to seven hours which is great for baking Matzah, breads, bagels, pies, cookies, and anything that requires floor heat. You can cook a Matzah in 30 seconds. The thermometer lets you know the ambient temperature of the oven.

The stand – designed and engineered by the ilFornino team – to give you the optimal height for your oven, so that you can watch and cook the Matzah without arching your back. ilFornino® Large Matzah Oven arrives seasoned and ready to use.  It can be placed on the included powder coated stand with casters for easy maneuverability and two shelves to store the peel for your convenience. 

Cooking area is large enough to fit 12 x 12 inch Matzahs or 16 x 9 inch Matzahs.  Thermal mass is about 4-6 Hours.
