ilFornino® Professional Stainless Steel Wood Burning Pizza Oven
The Pizza Oven Professional Series is an upgrade from the Basic Series pizza oven. Traditional Napolitano Oven with a Modern Look. The dome is a double wall heavy gauge stainless steel filled with a 4” thick layer of Ceramic Fiber insulation Blanket. This will help in heating up the oven quickly and retaining the heat for long hours. 900°F Thermometer door mounted. Ash drawer to make cleanup easy is accessed from the back of the oven.
The ilFornino® Professional Series has the One Flat Cooking Surface™ - flooring is made from 1.5” thick refractory stone, same flooring used in commercial ovens. Woodburning ovens heat up in as little as 30 minutes and retain the heat for an extended time. This makes it economical using less wood to burn plus it helps in baking breads, Bagels, and anything that requires floor heat. On average you can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes.
ilFornino® Professional Woodburning Oven arrives seasoned and ready to use. It can be placed on the included pre-assembled stainless steel cart / stand with casters for easy maneuverability and convenience. You may choose to put it on an island if desired. Cooking area is large enough to fit 4-5 12” pies. Thermal mass is about 4-6 Hours. The oven is absolutely amazing! It retains heat for long hours so that we can make pizza in less than 70 seconds.
Many of the screws were partially stripped so they were a bit tough to tighten down. Also had some rush in the corners of the door, and some very rough edges around some of the metal. Though does not impact performance and my first pies came out great!
came with loose/missing screws on the stand but otherwise great oven. I suggest tightening everything prior to setting the oven on the stand. everything on the oven itself is good. makes great pizzas; big enough for a small bistro.
This oven is made with good quality stainless steel. Easy to assemble, it's stainless steel surface is easy to clean. We make an amazing pizza!
love this, first pizzas out two hours after the crate was opened. No manual.It was not sent. And if I had purchased direct, would have gotten a few more accessories.
I New the oven was quality just by the way I received it great delivery, great packaging,bar handles to lift on cart. Fired it up and baked my first pizza an hour after the truck should up. Pizza was just what thy said nice and Crispy on the bottom the topping were perfectly done.
I really enjoy using this oven. With a little practice you can make awesome pizzas. I also use my cast iron fry pan to roast as well. It was easy to assemble and it seems well built. I have owned mine for almost a year.
We cooked with it for the first time today. It cooks every bit as good as the oven we brought back from Naples, Italy. We look forward to many years of great pizzas with friends and family.
